What data is included?

Does StoreScout access private data?
No. StoreScout only analyzes public Shopify catalog data. It does not access checkout data, customer information, private analytics, traffic analytics, or revenue dashboards.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. StoreScout currently offers one-time Shopify competitor analysis reports without requiring a subscription.
What happens if a store is not supported?
If StoreScout cannot access the store’s public Shopify catalog data, you will be notified before checkout so you do not pay for an unsupported store.
How long does a report take?
Most ecommerce pricing intelligence reports generate quickly after checkout depending on catalog size, public Shopify data access, and product count.
Can I export raw data?
Not yet. StoreScout currently focuses on Shopify competitor intelligence PDF reports, though CSV exports and raw ecommerce competitor research tools may be added in future updates.
